Welcome to the Little Shoebox Theater

This blog will show my process for how to construct, animate, and composite characters in the 'Shoebox' style. I think this process has much to recommend it for small team/ small budget indie animation. For me it has been a great personal outlet after fifty years animating and directing in commercial tv animation. I have found it refreshing way to fall in love with animation again and I hope it will be useful to other indie animators.
